Ellipse in-ceiling speakers are designed specifically for home theater surround sound. Innovative elliptical design and pivoting midrange and tweeter array allows sound to be directed towards the listening position eliminating perceived out-of-sync between picture and sound. The Ellipse LRC can be placed anywhere from 8' to 18' (2.4m to 5.5m).
The Ellipse speaker features the best of Sonance custom install benefits including Sonic Eye, FlexBar and phenomenal sound!
Sonic Eye is recessed in the baffle, allowing the concentrically mounted midrange and tweeter to pivot up to 20 degrees in any direction.

In 1982, Sonance co-founders Scott Struthers and Geoff Spencer asked their client to point to the precise spot on the kitchen wall where she’d like her speakers placed.
